Jim O’Loughlin, founder and CEO of Allied Information Solutions, Inc. offers 25 years entrepreneurial experience serving the needs of county and municipal government. Jim excels at evaluating the needs of potential customers, developing products to meet the needs, and building teams to successfully exceed the customer’s expectations.
O’Loughlin has also served as Director of Administration of St. Charles County MO. and as an four-term elected official in the City of St. Peters, MO. Jim was part of the first class of Emergency Number Professionals (911) certified by the National Emergency Number Association and founding member of the St. Charles County Transit Authority.
Prior to forming Allied, Jim was an integral part of the marketing & sales team at ImageAmerica.® ImageAmerica® developed and patented the first 100% digital technology for collection and processing of aerial photography and was acquired by Google. Jim served as Vice President of CMIS, Inc., a premier provider of voter registration and management technology which was acquired by Accenture.
Jim also founded and served as CEO of a national 911 consulting and service organization and served as Strategic Alliance Manager for a supplier of Register of Deeds technology and services. Jim was a pre-IPO investor in the National Information Consortium (NASDAQ: EGOV) which developed the national’s first fee-based e-Government Portal.
Jim began his career in the planning department of Continental Telephone Company (Contel.) While with Contel, Jim served as Product Development Director and Manager of the 911 product line, was part of the project team that implemented portions of the nation’s first wireless or cellular network and in assisted in the development of predecessor technologies leading to today’s GIS.
Jim earned a Bachelors’ degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri.
